To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day(s) prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We at Tonnie's Florist take pride in the care and handling of our fresh cut flowers. We use the state of the art management tools: an under water cutter that prevents unwanted air from entering the stem. A variety of floral preservatives, each used to extend the life of different flowers. For example: We at Tonnie's florist use a bulb preservative for tulips, lilies, daffodils and gladiolas to name a few.

We regularly carry a nice selection of tropical flowers such as: Bird-of-Paradise, Anthurium, Dendrobium Orchids, Portia and Ginger to name a few.

Our Staff can offer you the utmost in Tropical Design.

We carry traditional dish gardens as well as Tropical dish gardens using Bromeliad Plants, cactus gardens, Succulent Gardens and European dish gardens (green and blooming plants artfully arranged together). We offer care and handling tips on any of these.

We carry orchid plants designed with curly willow pods and mosses to make an interesting composition.

We here at Tonnie's are also trained in Contemporary Design, High-style Design, and of course Traditional, or with a twist.

We offer a nice selection of silk arrangements.

We offer the most current practices in our industry for the flowers being used in your floral arrangement. Examples include cutting all flowers under water, using hydrating solutions to encourage the uptake of water up the stem of the flower, using floral preservatives in our cooler buckets and a different type goes in your vase or basket you receive. Some of these procedures cost more money, however you, the customer, get a better product.

We try to maintain a large variety of flowers.

A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address.
(For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly.
We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Tonnie's will give a follow up call to any funeral home to ensure your floral tributes are delivered with appropriate time before the viewing or service.

We will call you with any significant changes.

When delivering to any hospitals, include any room numbers or other pertinent information such as ICU (where flowers are not allowed). This ensures your flowers will be delivered to the intended recipient, will remain fresh and not sit somewhere aging. We will give you a follow up call when they have been delivered.

Whenever we deliver to the home and have to leave flowers with a neighbor, we tag the recipient and follow up with a call to ensure the flowers have been received. Occasionally, when weather permits, we leave plants outside in an appropriate place and call the recipient to verify they have received their gift.

If it is determined a recipient will be out of town, we will call you. We will ask the recipient to call by leaving a message or make a calling record if they do not have a recorder.

We think these services will make your experience a pleasant one.
